We have a strong team of independent mortgage brokers who operate within Affinity. We ensure clients and club members have access to a full range of rates on the market and receive individually required levels of support and personal planning. Personal service is our priority.
Acting as independent brokers we work with the whole of market, this means we are able to source mortgage products from every lender. There are somewhere in the region of 6,000 different mortgage products on the market on any given day, can you imagine trying to research 6,000 different products yourself?
Financial products are constantly changing, which is why we use a sourcing system that scours the market place for all types of product at the very point in time you need them. Using our brokers saves you both time and nervous energy. Our service is equivalent to you visiting every different lender in the country, both on and offline, and researching their off-the-shelf product information. You would of course not have access to industry exclusives that you would otherwise have through Affinity.
Our brokers sit with you and explain all available options, cutting out any jargon and putting you in control of your own financial decisions.
The odds are that you will require financial assistance at some point in your life. Be it finding a mortgage; opting to re-mortgage to free up capital for investment, to pay off debts or even to buy another property.

If you choose to transact mortgage business through Affinity a credit broker fee of up to 1% of the amount borrowed will be charged. Written quotations are available on request. Minimum age 18.
